Services
Kindness Counseling was established to help older teens and adults tackle some of life’s major changes and challenges. Therapy sessions can be conducted in the comfort of the Winter Springs office or online.
Therapists at Kindness Counseling begin by understanding clients’ therapy goals, then seek to understand what has and hasn’t worked in the past and why. Masters at asking the right questions, they lead clients through a self-discovery journey that helps them outline new chapters for their lives that include:
-
Heightened awareness of situations that cause distress
-
Improved communication skills needed for difficult situations
-
Confidence necessary to take risks
-
New coping skills to avoid past pitfalls
-
Empowerment to ask for help in the future
